The Talent Culture Business Partner is the lead ambassador for the Talent Culture team acting as first contact and liaison for all human resource functions of the College. This includes administrative support for talent acquisition compensation benefits Faculty Quality Assurance System (FQAS) employee on-boarding and off-boarding employee relations and communications and other areas of Talent Culture.
