Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Manicure Specialists with expertise in Russian Manicure techniques to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and committed to delivering flawless nail services that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional Russian manicures, gel, acrylic, and traditional nail services.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend services or nail designs.
• Keep up with nail trends and incorporate new techniques and designs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Ensure compliance with all salon safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Russian Manicure and nail care techniques.
• Valid cosmetology or nail technician license in Florida.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale salon environment.
• Passion for staying current with nail trends and techniques.
