Job Description: We are seeking two dedicated and experienced Physical Therapists to join our growing team. As a valued member of our healthcare facility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients by providing high-quality physical therapy services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to identify physical impairments and functional limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes.

Minimum Background Requirements:

• Experience in pelvic health physical therapy.
• Valid California Physical Therapist (PT) license.
