    Description
    The Business Development Specialist will support the strategic sales planning process and create market insights and business opportunities through research and analysis

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Create and evaluate the database of existing and high-risk clients with expiration dates to secure renewals.

    Analyze data daily to determine high potential clients and make outbound calls to secure appointments for BDE's, including email communication and interactions.

    Create and upload qualified sales proposals.
    Act as the main point of contact and coordinate the RFP responses.
    Participates in targeted community sales & product strategy by remaining current on competitive offers, industry trends, and market activities.

    Identify and qualify property opportunities, effectively positioning Fision Work product solutions as a value, providing a property with a competitive advantage.

    Generate new building opportunity through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, customer referrals, partner relationships, and sales team collaboration.
    Create reporting to ensure business development goals are met.
    Other duties as assigned by supervisor.


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
    Demonstrated ability and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales support role.
    Exceptional aptitude with business correspondence, telephone skills, computer expertise including research and data analysis.

    High level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Concur)Must be highly effective in two-way communication to include written, verbal and telephone skills.

    Exceptional customer service skills.
    Must be able to provide own transportation to various locations in organizational service area.
