We are seeking a Help Desk III for a short-term assignment in Madison, Wisconsin.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of professional Help Desk experience, ITSM and ITIL experience, and be willing to work 100% onsite.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the Help Desk III will drive the growth and operation of the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) program within the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions (DFI).
This role involves providing first and second-level hardware and software support, configuring and administering the ITSM tool, leading ITSM improvement initiatives, coaching junior technical support staff and IT personnel, and maintaining professionalism in interactions, including with executive leadership.
Qualifications:
Nice to have skills:
ITIL 4 Foundation certification or equivalent, CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent, PMP certification or equivalent.
