TechStyleOS is looking for aData Analystto join our Global Member Services (GMS) Team.

TechStyleOS is the internal Operations and Services provider at Fabletics Inc. With capabilities spanning technology, data science, customer service and more, we help Fabletics and our affiliated brands launch, scale and grow.

How Do You Fit In?

Fabletics/TechStyleOS is looking for aData Analystwho will be responsible for the management, analysis and visualization of data and reporting while utilizing industry-leading data management and data visualization solutions (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI) in order to support the Senior Leadership Team and other key business stakeholders. In addition, you will be vital in the preparation and distribution of recurring reports used primarily for key business initiatives. The right candidate will have excellent attention to detail, communication, project management, and a natural curiosity to uncover the potential story that data can reveal.

This individual has the opportunity to grow through operational integration, analytics conferences, and professional training. This role may have the opportunity to oversee and partner on projects with Jr. analysts, offshore analysts, as well as analysts in other departments.

This position reports to theDirector of GMS Analyticsto determine daily priorities for addressing the organization's growing need for data & analysis.

What You Will Do

• Accurately blend data to create useable datasets for our omnichannel reporting tools that incorporate contact center metrics (e.g, email, marketing, social media, financial) and customer interaction data
• Conduct ad-hoc analytics requests using the internal data warehouse, Microsoft Excel, and enterprise analytics tools
• Develop and manage and maintain KPIs for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Ability to deliver results in a clean Powerpoint presentation and articulate key takeaways for internal stakeholders
• Report and evaluate on the performance of global contact center campaigns and Site comparisons
• Partner and support cross-functional business teams by gathering requirements and creating dashboards/reports with actionable recommendations to inform strategy
• Assist in the automation of data content flows to and from data sources and reporting toolsets (MicroStrategy, Tableau and Power BI)
• Maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders to innovate and improve technology toolsets to better assist key business initiatives
  
  

What You Can Bring

• 2+ years of experience with SQL to extract data and build reports
• 2+ years of experience with relational databases and their organizational structure
• 2+ years of experience with visualization tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau or Power BI - clear understanding of data blending, joins, calculated fields, parameters, and creating dashboards with end users in mind
• Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Ability to write the code required to implement custom features in web analytics tools a plus
• Advanced skills in Excel including pivot tables and charts, formulas and V-Lookup
• 2+ years of experience using PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to pick up new analytical tools quickly, with a passion for statistical analysis
• Strong oral and written communication skills, providing thought leadership and insights
• Stellar attention to detail with strong project management, organizational skills, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced milieu

The annual basesalary range for this position is from$88,300-$102,402. The range provided includes the base salary that TechStyleOS expects topayfor the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
