This is a temp to perm opportunity.
As a Machinist, you'll play a vital role in producing precision parts and components to exact specifications.

Operating various machining equipment such as lathes, mills, and grinders, you'll work with metals and other materials to fabricate unique pieces tailored to clients' needs.

Attention to detail, proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards are essential for success in this role.

Essential Functions andEssential Functions and Requirements:

Safety Priority:

Shop Organization:
Areas are kept clean and arranged in an orderly manner

Equipment Expertise:
Be able to install and repair various equipment and components

Organizational Skills:
Maintain shop organization

Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality inspections on completed parts

Tool Proficiency:
Be comfortable with power tools (pneumatic, electric)

Equipment Proficiency:
Be familiar with Forklifts and Crane operations

Self-Starter:
Be able to work independently with limited guidance when necessary


Team Player:
Collaborate effectively within a team and follow direction

• Adaptability:

Perform other related duties as required

Skills & Background:

Relevant Experience:
Previous experience in machining, manufacturing, or related fields, 5 years minimum

Machining Expertise:
Programing using FeatureCAM, familiar with, and knowledge of, CNC Machines set-ups, tools needed to perform all tasks. (Mills & Lathes). The ability to work on set-ups, programing, inspections, comfortable with the ability to finish various machined components.


Blueprint Literacy:
Experience with engineering blueprints and schematics

Ability to handle a physical workload

$24.00 to $32.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
