Job DescriptionHand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Hainesport, New Jersey is seeking aFront Desk Manager to oversee its sales operations. The Front Desk Manager is responsible and accountable for achieving sales targets while providing an exceptional level of customer service.

The Front Desk Spa Manager position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrate the ability to SELL
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences in spa services and retail operations
• Initial and ongoing training of front desk staff relating to sales
• Responsible for Spa conversion rate
• Achieving financial results
• Ability to train, coach and mentor front desk staff relating to sales goals
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
• Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials

Position Requirements:

• Membership sales experience preferred but not required
• A passion for people and sales
• High level of enthusiasm and professionalism
• Ability to multitask and follow through on all assigned projects
• Customer service experience
