    Overview

    We are seeking a full-time

    Digital Governance Analyst

    in our Olathe, KS location

    .

    In this role, you will

    have the opportunity to join Garmin's AI governance program at its beginning

    You will

    be responsible for designing

    processes and

    executing

    initiatives

    which

    support Garmin's governance and regulatory compliance programs in the areas of AI

    and

    content moderation.
    Essential Functions
    Defines governance processes and compliance initiatives aligned to Garmin policies, compliance goals, and business needs.

    Engages with teams throughout Garmin to guide them through governance processes, completing risk assessments, and incorporating program requirements in the design of products, apps, and services.

    Advises product development teams on program requirements and best practices.
    Along with Garmin's

    egal team, carry out gap assessments

    for new regulations.
    Basic Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in computer science

    ,

    anagement

    nformation

    s

    ystems,

    business,

    l

    aw or related field AND a minimum of 3 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
    Experience with regulatory compliance in the fields of artificial intelligence,

    content moderation,

    data privacy, information security, product development,

    or

    similar.

    Experience managing cross functional projects including taking large concepts and breaking the work into manageable pieces and tracking the status and completion of deliverables.

    Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with executive or c-

    suite

    level communication is preferred.
