Job Summary
Completes the entire process of discipline specific CWPs (Construction Work Packages) and IWPs (Installation Work Packages) including development implementation tracking of progress for basic projects Assists Discipline Superintendent to identify resolve problems or issues related to material deliveries Generate material takeoff / bill of material for CWPs IWPs
+Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning developing issuing progress tracking of all CWPs IWPs for basic projects Participate in all integrated planning sessions associated with IWPs Produce discipline specific IWPs for basic projects May coordinate collaborate with respective discipline superintendents general foremen ensure that I W Ps when released field already have buy-in key individuals Assist Discipline Superintendent verifying engineered quantities coordinate Construction Contractor/craft commodity curves Project Controls Verify commodities installed work completion status weekly at minimum Assist Discipline Superintendent resolving problems or issues related design information schedule change management safety quality Interface with Discipline Field Engineer provide constructible responses Assist Discipline Superintendent identify resolve problems or issues related material deliveries Generate material takeoff bill of material C W P s I W P s Compiles IWP turnover information returned field basic projects Reviews monitors contractor craft Look-Ahead Schedules assigned work scope Coordinates information with superintendent project controls May assist Discipline Supervisor reviewing craft timesheets charge codes Maintains daily log site records Supports monitoring reporting completion contractor craft punch list activities Supports commercial recovery process RFMP WA Backcharge etc May begin gain knowledge areas outside primary discipline Actively promote safety culture Interface superintendent general foreman foreman craft personnel vendor representatives Monitor vendor representative supplier daily logs reviews approves their timesheets Compile maintain conformed construction records Direct site document control activities Assist Field Quality Assurance Manager performing inspections verifications tests Supports continuous improvement efforts Individual contributor no subordinates Interfaces superintendent general foremen direct supervisor vendors.
