    CHIEF CLINICAL OFFICER /CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - LTAC

    LOCATION: Indianapolis, IN
    COMPENSATION $180K+ includes Salary and Bonus with Excellent Benefits and Relocation Assistance Provided

    Located in the Indianapolis, IN area this over 50 bed Long Term Acute Care hospital is are ready to hire a CCO/COO to join their team of Healthcare professionals. With the Salary and very achievable Bonus structure and Annual earnings could be up to $180K or more. Relocation assistance is provided for this opportunity

    POSITION SUMMARY:
    • Responsible for managing, directing, coordinating, and controlling the overall operations of a hospital.
    • Provides leadership to ensure attainment of strategic objectives and the delivery of quality, economical health care services and other related lines of business. Initiates and enforces organization-wide policies and procedures that support the accomplishment of the hospital's objectives and programs.
    • Ensures nursing and clinical department's goals, objectives, standards of performance, policies and procedures are appropriate for the patient population served. Oversees the organizing of nursing and clinical departments according to administrative and nursing service guidelines; ensures compliance with legal organizational, and medical staff standards.
    • Has authority and responsibility for establishing, directing, and implementing the Standards of Nursing Practice and the clinical operations and financial matters related to all nursing and clinical care areas and functions.
    QUALIFICATIONS:

    •Bachelor's degree in nursing required. Master's degree in healthcare administration, business
    administration, public health or clinical specialty required.
    Experience:

    •Five years of experience in healthcare administration/management, with a minimum of two years of experience at a senior nursing management level, in a hospital setting with experience
    in operations. Recent CCO and/ or COO in and Acute Care Hospital is desired. Graduate level education
    may substitute on a year-to-year basis for the required experience.
