- Represent MemoParts at industry events and trade shows.
- Support internal teams by providing market insights and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, sales planning, and growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales best practices.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in diesel engine parts sales, preferably in rental equipment, construction, oil & gas, or ground support.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of sales cycles, account management, and B2B sales.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Salesforce, and PowerBI.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive strategy.
- Independence: Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing priorities effectively.
- Travel Requirement: Up to 75% travel, including customer visits, industry events, and trade shows.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
- Office and field-based role requiring prolonged periods of computer work and customer visits.
- Exposure to shop environments with loud noise, extreme temperatures, dirt, and dust.
- Frequent travel by car and air as needed.

Position Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a critical member of the sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening key customer relationships.
