Job summary
This Director-level role will serve as a key strategic leader overseeing all aspects of project management coordination implementation for critical commercial programs including antibody discovery optimization expression purification site saturation variant libraries combinatorial variant libraries and other related SynBio/Biopharma businesses This role manages all high-level communications to ensure project initiation completion drive customer satisfaction directly support commercial objectives revenue generationThis includes leading developing two Project Management Managers setting clear priorities performance expectations grow capabilities aligned to commercial objectives providing strategic oversight of the project management function ensuring consistent execution in support of Sales revenue goals acting as the senior escalation point for high-value complex customer projects ensuring a high-touch commercially focused response overseeing critical project phases feasibility scoping resourcing execution risk management delivery to commercial success aligning project priorities capacity timelines budgets with quarterly annual Sales targets partnering with operations leadership scientific teams to resolve complex issues implement scalable commercially viable workflows delivering concise executive-level project forecast updates to Sales Leadership Finance other key stakeholders maintaining a high-level view of project pipeline WIP reporting status risks commercial impact in weekly leadership reviews defining tracking key project commercial metrics including revenue conversion on-time delivery capacity utilization supporting Sales enablement through strategic input on proposals SOWs service offerings selective customer engagements.
