Job Summary
The Contact Center Advisor team plays a pivotal role in centralizing procurement support delighting our end users with knowledgeable expertise and world-class service. The Advisor team provides inquiry support via chat and ticketing to internal business partners and external suppliers.
The key responsibilities include learning retaining interpreting and applying applicable policies and procurement processes at a high level responding to incoming requests from business requestors and suppliers pertaining to new or existing procurement and Travel & Expense matters greeting conversing with business requestors in a courteous friendly professional manner follow standard procedures creating tickets or amending existing tickets in Salesforce for each customer interaction ensure proper documentation efficient tracking reporting assisting end users live support via Zoom addressing resolving all queries including but not limited to submission status of expense reports teaching stakeholders how raise purchase requisitions directing redirecting internal customers relevant teams routing queries correct cross functional teams notifying users tickets being routed action status facilitate ticket closure reissuance appropriate performing tasks improving customer experience first contact resolution maintaining average handling time consistent current business needs.
