    Description

    We're partnering exclusively with our non-profit client to seek a Training Coordinator to support the Education team across various tasks. As part of this role, you'll manage Zoom events to ensure smooth online training experiences, address any issues that may arise, schedule and orchestrate events, and seamlessly integrate educational content such as presentations, videos, and interactive materials. Additionally, you'll assist with various tasks within the Learning Management System (LMS), including light editing and refining of eLearning modules and utilizing your Excel skills for data sorting, report generation, and column formatting.

    Start Date: ASAP

    Duration: 1.5 months with the potential to convert to a full-time position

    Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week; standard business hours

    Location: Virtual

    Experience Required:

    • Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role
    • Proven ability to manage projects effectively with strong organizational skills, including developing project plans, tracking progress against deadlines, and providing regular updates to stakeholders
    • Experience in setting up, hosting, and facilitating online training sessions using web conferencing tools like Zoom
    • Proficiency in administering learning management systems (LMS) to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
    • Strong copy-editing skills with a focus on clarity, attention to detail, and grammatical accuracy
    • Basic proficiency in video editing, particularly in editing Zoom recordings for trimming and enhancement
    • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, for producing professional-quality documents, presentations, and reports
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Familiarity with eLearning tools such as Articulate 360

    The pay range for this is $30.00 to $35.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
