About This Position
The Coordinator, Imaging Resource plays a critical role in supporting the efficient operation of the Resource Center by managing and facilitating access to medical imaging resources. This position ensures timely retrieval, distribution, and electronic transmission of imaging materials, including films and CDs, to support patient care and clinical decision-making. The coordinator also services as a key point of contact at the reception desk, handling communications with physicians and care teams, entering radiology orders for Same Day Surgery patients, and location imaging resources for incoming trauma cases.
Requirements
Education
- High school graduate or equivalent (i.e. GED) required.
Experience
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience required.
- Previous health care experience preferred.
- Experience and familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
- For Imaging Only: Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience with ERIP and/or PACS strongly preferred.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Benefit Eligibility: Health insurance benefits are available for this position. North Memorial Health offers multiple health plans based on work group eligibility.
Salary Range: N13 ($ $33.31), based on experience
Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
