    FINANCE MANAGER

    Italian luxury fashion brand lifestyle collection known for modern femininity and sophistication is hiring a Finance Manager based out of Los Angeles

    Key Accountabilities:

    Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance and financial health.
    • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
    • Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to track performance against targets.

    Budgeting and Forecasting:

    • Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with the local and HQ team.
    • Prepare regular forecasts to anticipate financial trends and variances.
    • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.

    Cash Flow Management:

    • Manage cash flow and liquidity to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
    • Optimize working capital and oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
    • Implement cash flow forecasting techniques to mitigate risks and maximize financial stability.

    Treasury:

    • Maintaining and reconciling bank accounts
    • Coordinating transfers/payments

    Risk Management and Compliance:

    • Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and reporting requirements.
    • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any financial or regulatory issues.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA certification is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the fashion industry or related consumer goods sector.
    • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and local tax regulations.
    • Experience establishing and managing the financial operations of a subsidiary or branch office.
    • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of Italian language or previous experience working with Italian brands is beneficial but not required.
