    Hoisting Superintendent 1 Role

    The Hoisting Superintendent 1 will provide day-to-day supervision of all hoisting activities for a project, including but not limited to: asset scheduling, properly assigning operators, training, Assembly and Disassembly crew coordination and lift planning/scheduling. This position will ensure all hoisting assets are maintained in good working condition and in compliance with all inspection requirements.
    • Makes decisions on non-routine matters.
    • Coordinates preplanning activities for Assembly and Disassembly components such as crew size, schedule, materials, types and sequencing of trucks and trailers.
    This role is equal parts Project Team, BlueHat, Self Perform and HES. The Hoisting Superintendent works with and serves all these groups equally. Ensures jobsite coverage coordinating PTO for all Hoisting Superintendents and foremen. Leads trains organizes a dedicated Assembly and Disassembly crew managing their day-to-day activities Conducts routine quality control checks verifies work equipment maintenance conducted manufacturer's specifications Conducts daily Job Safety Analysis safety briefings mechanic driver staff Assembly Disassembly crew prior starting Provides direction crane set up location ground stabilization needs based hoisting requirements Works develops comprehensive hoising plan entire project include crane type size configuration support project requirements Manages oversees company staff subcontractors suppliers programs like Safety Quality EEOC assigned projects Creates job specific lift plans parameters identified person site visits relevant materials blueprints drawings indicating height weight requirement Responsibilities Include Autonomy Decision Making Makes decisions non-routine matters Recommends supervisor refers exceptions supervisor Career Path :
