    Objectives:

    • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
    • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
    • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
    • Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
    • Generate leads and establish and nurture client relationships.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    The Sales Manager is responsible for directing the sales and development of the company's products and services. This position will develop and implement sales strategies and forecast sales volumes for the Company. This position will build and lead a sales team to drive revenue.
    Developing and implementing effective selling strategies
    Creating awareness and demand for the company's products and services
    Identifying potential selling needs and interests and effectively communicating benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests.
    Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
    Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
    Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
    Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
    Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
    Maintaining communications with internal personnel to ensure efforts are in line with objectives.
    Expanding existing customers within the distribution channel and building the customer organization.
    Calling on prospective distributors, providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quoting appropriate customer prices
    Preparing quotes and contracts for potential clients; ensuring CRM integrity
    Maintaining all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
    Maintaining all sales demonstration tools and applications
    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
    3-5 years managing a sales team
    Experience in the copier or printer industry is a must
    Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
    Demonstrate ability to build and maintain relationships with sales team and company leadership
    Demonstrate capacity to think "outside the box",
    Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    Excellent oral/written communication skills, including well-developed presentation skills
    Excellent customer relationship skills

    Job Type:
    Full-time

    Compensation program based on relative industry experience.

    On Target earnings:
    $125,000 - $175,000

    Salary Range:
    $68,000 - $80,000
