    Responsibilities:

    Deliver engaging presentations to potential customers, and be able to overcome objections and address customer concerns to facilitate the closing of sales.

    Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively to drive customer enrollment Foster a collaborative environment among the sales support team and ensure effective communication and coordination with the sales representatives.

    Update and maintain customer information in the company's CRM system.
    Continuously seek ways to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall sales support operations.
    Work toward achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
    Provide additional information, answer questions, and nurture leads to conversion.
    Seek mentorship and guidance from experienced sales professionals to enhance performance.


    Preferred Skills & Experience:
    The ability to build rapport with customers, listen actively, and establish trust is crucial in sales.
    Basic organizational skills are re quired for this role. Proficiency in using basic computer applications, email, and customer relationship management (CRM) software can be useful.

    The ability to influence customers' decisions in a positive way while addressing their concerns is a core skill in sales.

    Problem solving skills and the ability to create creative solutions to customer objections and tailoring product recommendations to fit their specific needs.
