Job summary
The Ambulatory Operations Coordinator will provide leadership and departmental support around system initiatives, strategies, and projects. The role would focus on clinical or non-clinical areas to identify trends, review and create metrics to measure successes, find gaps and trends and implement process corrections.Responsibilities
- Development trainings and roll out to staff within guidelines of departmental initiatives
- Train staff, track and monitor trainings, identify gaps or needs in trainings
- Create strategies for departments that support initiatives, goals, budgets, staffing etc.
