    Workday Talent Acquisition Analyst Summary

    The Workday Recruiting Analyst will be responsible for functional design, maintenance and enhancements, and talent acquisition reporting within Workday HCM and specifically the Workday Recruiting module.

    This role will be the functional subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, HRIS admins, corporate analytics, and IT partners.

    Qualifications:
    • Workday Pro Certification (Recruiting or HCM) and/or Workday Partner Certification is desired.
    • 3 years of experience configuring and maintaining Workday and associated business processes.
    • 2 years of hands-on experience working/partnering with corporate Talent Acquisition.
    • Certification in Workday Report writing desired; advanced reporting capabilities preferred (e.g., matrix reports, composite reports, calculated fields, etc.)
    • Must possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with various levels of the organization.
    • Ability to multi-task and efficiently prioritize tasks assigned.

    • Compensation: $110k to $140k
    • Work Environment: In Office
