Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and collaborative Administrative Office Support Specialist to join our team The ideal candidate will have between 2-5 years of hands-on professional experience in administrative support, document management, and front-office reception duties.
This role requires an individual who can effectively handle sensitive client documents, manage incoming and outgoing mail, coordinate vendor management tasks,

Accurately input update and maintain records in databases and document management systems.
