    Description
    Per Diem Occupational Health Registered Nurse (OHN) needed for a long-term contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Kansas City, KS


    This individual is responsible for providing emergency care, first aid and episodic treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses within standing orders.

    This position requires the knowledge of prevention of illness & injury, protection from work related and environmental hazards, and promotion and restoration of health.

    Motivated to work independently in on-site large facility.

    Must have availability to cover the following shifts:
    1st shift: 6am to 2:30pm & 8am to 4:30pm
    2nd shift: 2pm to 10:30pm & 3pm to 11:30pm
    3rd shift: 10pm to 6:30am

    We also have Full Time 2nd shift opportunity

    Proficient with electronic medical records and basic computer programs/software
    Administers professional nursing care to sick and/or injured employees
    Performs and evaluates various clinical and diagnostic tests
    Interviews and documents medical history of employees
    Works effectively with the Health Services team and other departments
    Maintains appropriate medical records to ensure quality and accuracy
    Performs and documents physical exams
    Maintains equipment and supplies
    Interfaces with health services customers in a knowledgeable and professional manner
    Two or more years' nursing experience preferred, ER or Occupational Health preferred
