About the Job:Children's Therapy Network is looking to expand its clinical team of Service Coordinator serving Utica, NY and surrounding area. Our organization is growing and we are looking to add another valuable member to our CTN team.
Responsibilities:

• As a Service Coordinator with Children's Therapy Network, you will be serving and working with children and their families through Early Intervention.
• Applicants must have either, two years experience in service coordination activities, one year of service coordination experience and an additional year of experience in a service setting with infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilitie, one year of service coordination experience and an Associates degree in a health or human service field or a bachelor's degree in a health or human service field.

• We hire full and part-time providers to work with children through Early Intervention
• With over 25 years of agency experience behind them, our Children's Therapy Network professional support team is ready to help both new and experienced providers to grow professionally to meet their personal and professional goals.
