Duties
- Install new residential irrigation systems using hand tools, power tools, and excavation equipment such as mini excavators.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on existing irrigation setups to ensure proper operation and water conservation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with irrigation components like valves, controllers, sprinklers, and pipes to deliver reliable performance.
- Adjust sprinkler zones and coverage to optimize watering schedules based on landscape needs and seasonal changes.
- Assist with landscaping and lawn care tasks to support overall landscape health and aesthetic appeal.
- Use mechanical knowledge to repair or replace damaged parts, ensuring systems operate efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, system layouts, and client interactions for seamless service continuity.
Experience
- Prior experience working with irrigation systems or landscape maintenance is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems related to irrigation components and general landscaping equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction practices used in outdoor projects.
- Experience operating excavation equipment such as mini excavators is a plus but not required; training will be provided if necessary.
- Background in horticulture or landscaping helps in understanding plant watering needs and landscape design principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately.

**Compensation:** Earn between **$25 to $40 per hour**, based on your experience and skill set, plus a **5% commission** on parts sold
