    Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer


    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Buffalo or Rochester. As a senior member of our engineering team, you will play a key role in delivering construction management, engineering, environmental, architectural, and program management solutions to our clients.

    The selected candidate will be responsible for:

    • Field survey of existing mechanical, fire protection, and plumbing systems
    • Design of HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and health-care facilities
    • Design of Plumbing and Fire Protection systems
    • Preparation of construction documents including drawings, specifications, calculations, and details
    • Approval of mechanical submittals and aid in RFI responses during construction administration
    • Use engineering and design computer software to complete assigned work (i.e. Autodesk Revit MEP & AutoCAD)

    Qualified candidates must have:

    • 10+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience
    • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
    • Professional Engineering required
    • Intimate knowledge of New York Building Codes
    • Able to meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure and work on several projects at once
    • Strong communication skills and project level leadership skills with clients and team
    • Experienced in engineering and design computer software to complete assigned projects which including AutoCad and Revit
