Job summary

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Executive Director/VP Finance and Budget in managing the department's portfolio of initiatives.

The AA is responsible for ensuring timely submittal of all external reporting requirements and coordinates departmental communications, meetings and follow-up activities.
  • Attends departmental meetings.
  • Develops a framework for ensuring that identified results are monitored.
  • Finds opportunities to improve efficiency across the organization.
