ROLE SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONSServe as the second in command to the Executive Director of Production by leading and growing the production department, including full-time & part-time staff, interns and volunteers.

Oversee execution of productions across the church and be the show caller and producer, including key services, such as weekends and mid-week large events, as well as small gatherings such as students and classes under the direction of the Executive Director of ProductionProvide insight and direction for technical implementation and maintenance to ensure systems are in good working order to support events.

Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during live events, demonstrating quick thinking and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Collaborate closely with the Executive Director of Production to translate vision into actionable plans and execute high-quality live events.

WORK SCHEDULEThis is a weekend experience team position:
Weekend services and other before and after-hour events are part of the regular workflow. Weekends are a priority and as such time off is limited and requires advanced planning and pre-approval. Schedule to be determined by the Executive Director of Production and the Video Director.#J-18808-Ljbffr
