Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time Position

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position near Eaton, OH. This onsite role is available from August 21st until May 30th, providing an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive school district and make a meaningful impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language impairments
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on speech and language issues
• Offer consultation and support to teachers and staff regarding speech and language development
• Stay updated with best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Ohio state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to supporting students' educational and personal growth
