Responsibilities
  • Oversees the intake, documentation, and submission of all Adverse Events and Product Complaints to the client within 24-hour SLA requirements.
  • Maintains AEPC tracking reports to identify recurring product or safety concerns; escalates trends to appropriate governing bodies.
