    Description

    At Carollo Engineers, we are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Denver. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise in water and wastewater systems to contribute to innovative projects that make a meaningful impact.

    About the Role

    We are looking for a talented engineer with 6-12 years of industry experience to lead moderate-sized projects and collaborate with clients on complex water and wastewater initiatives. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from planning and design to construction and implementation.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Leading project teams to deliver high-quality results within budget and schedule constraints
    • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
    • Designing and implementing water and wastewater treatment systems, including pumping facilities, collection systems, and transmission/distribution projects
    • Developing plans, specifications, and reports for various water and wastewater projects
    • Estimating resource needs, scheduling, and assigning tasks to meet project deadlines

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
    • 6-12 years of industry experience, with a focus on water and wastewater engineering
    • Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE)
    • Excellent communication and project management skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    We welcome applications from candidates with additional qualifications, including:

    • A Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
    • Experience in design and construction phase activities
    • Proficiency in MicroStation or AutoCAD

    Compensation and Benefits

    Our compensation package includes an annual salary of $94,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
