- Conducts project kick-off meetings, articulating project goals and expectations to team members.

- Cultivates professional relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals.
- Manages project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and change orders.
- Skillfully manages client expectations regarding quality, schedule, and budget.
- Facilitates regular project meetings, providing updates, milestone reviews, and risk assessments.
- Ensures compliance with building codes, project specifications, and industry standards.
- Evaluates project performance against established metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepares and delivers project reports, including budget variance analysis and milestone achievements.
- Conducts productive Owner-Architect-Contractor and Architect-Design-Contractor meetings, documenting progress.
- Collaborates with the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely payments.
- Nurtures existing client relationships and identifies potential clients.
- Initiates contact with potential customers to build relationships and drive sales.
- Utilizes existing contacts and establishes new relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential partners to foster new business opportunities.
- Performs other relevant duties as assigned.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction schedules, budgets, and contracts, with 3 years in a senior or leadership role required.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications preferred.
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer.
- Extended periods of walking, standing, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, or kneeling; ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
