- You will use our help desk through Jira to track daily activity
- Proactively handle and document repairs to equipment, furniture, building and fixtures
- Perform handy person duties including but not limited to installation of whiteboards & corkboards, hanging pictures, removal & installation of keyboard trays, and minor furniture rearrangement & repair
- Support security efforts for the site as well as safety/environmental compliance, policies and procedures
- Lab infrastructure support and coordination which could include cabling, electrical, and shield rooms
- Engage relationships with vendors as necessary - ie. electricians, plumbers, etc.
- Assist with employee onboarding, and on and offsite event set up/tear down
- Minor custodial services as needed
- Post and engage through CONNECT, NETGEAR's social platform
- Liaison with property management team when necessary
- Ad Hoc project work as the need arises
- 4+ years of facilities technician experience in a dynamic organization
- A working knowledge of building systems & maintenance (HVAC, fire life safety, lighting, electrical, plumbing, EV charging stations, etc.)
- Strong work ethic, the ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and problem solve
- Excellent written and verbal communication and social skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Oracle skills a plus
