TRIMARC operates a Traffic Operation Center in Louisville, Kentucky where we provide Traffic Incident Management services for the Louisville and Northern Kentucky areas.
We also provide systems engineering, software support and other technical services.The candidate will become part of the software engineering team responsible for the Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) and associated systems.
Troubleshooting computer/communications componentsBasic software development
Basic software testing
Testing of ITS-related equipment
Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, and improve its performance
Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software
Other tasks as needed to support operation and maintenance of the TRIMARC ITS System.
Shift/Hours:
Generally daytime hours, Monday through Friday
0-2 years software engineer experience with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science and Engineering, or related field; General knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
