    Description
    Jefferson Wells is preparing for a busy 2024. We are seeking qualified Finance Project Managers for upcoming projects nationally.
    W2 hourly pay rate $65 – $90 hr based on experience and client expectations.
    The successful Project Management Consultants should possess knowledge and experience with the following:
    Finance Transformation or ERP Software Implementation (with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA and NetSuite).

    Conceptualizing transformational initiatives and tracking/managing progress

    Organizing, planning and executing projects within designated timelines and budgets

    Creating and administering project plans and project documentation using defined templates

    Evaluating project risk and implementing mitigation plans to minimize the risks

    Utilize problem solving skills to critically review and concisely document complex control processes.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

    CPA and/or CIA preferred

    PMP Certification preferred

    Certification or experience in PMI, Six Sigma or Lean Methodology

    Extensive experience with MS Office and Visio

    Experience with one of the more robust ERP Packages (i.e. SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.)
