- Serve as an Agile Release Train (ART) leader within Agile Scrum teams, overseeing the design, development, integration, and upkeep of sophisticated, cloud-based (AWS, Azure) cybersecurity software
- Organize and lead Agile-related program and team events (such as PI Planning, Release Governance, Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning), while managing relevant documentation (Backlogs, Decisions, Blockers)
- Address and resolve obstacles, ensuring team focus on Program Increment (PI) goals
- Escalate issues when necessary, seeking support from and collaborating with other teams
- Promote and foster a cooperative team environment through effective leadership and coaching
- Aid in the preparation and execution of ART events, guiding teams in their participation
- Contribute significantly to the design, testing, and implementation of advanced cybersecurity software
- Produce and review high-quality technical documentation and support product training initiatives

- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- At least 6 years of experience in Agile software development projects
- Proven leadership capabilities and a track record of successfully managing projects
- Proficiency in Lean-Agile principles, metrics, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean Thinking, and Lean Six Sigma
- Demonstrated ability to empower teams to self-manage and deliver through effective Lean-Agile methodologies
- Strong teamwork skills, capable of leading or working independently
- Familiarity with Agile development environment in a leadership capacity
- Knowledge of CISA practices including software supply chain security, cybersecurity best practices, and open-source software security
- Familiarity with NIST SP and Secure Software Development Framework
- Experience with Node.
- Expertise in developing and managing web-based operational systems for real-time cyber threat and defense data exchange
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar methodologies
- Understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD concepts and tools (Git, Jenkins, Cloudbees)
- Experience with containerized applications/microservices, AWS/Azure cloud architectures, and cybersecurity attack mitigation
- Background in implementing analytic models in production systems
