    Headhunter

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing and identifying top talent in the construction industry using innovative recruiting techniques, including cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, etc.
    • Developing a pipeline of highly qualified candidates for various positions, such as project managers, engineers, site supervisors, estimators, and executives.
    • Targeting passive candidates in the industry, focusing on high-level professionals who may not be actively looking for new opportunities.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with industry professionals to facilitate ongoing recruitment needs.
    • Conducting thorough interviews and evaluations of candidates to ensure alignment with client needs and job specifications.
    • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, negotiation, and placement.
    • Collaborating closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, project timelines, and company culture.
    • Providing market insights and advising on hiring strategies, salary expectations, and talent trends within the construction industry.
    • Meeting aggressive recruitment targets and ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates.
    • Maintaining detailed records of candidate interactions, progress, and feedback in the recruitment pipeline.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a headhunter or recruiter in the construction industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of construction roles, project cycles, and industry-specific talent needs.
    • A competitive attitude in recruiting, with the ability to meet challenging targets and deadlines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with candidates and clients at all levels.
    • Familiarity with various recruiting methods, including cold calling, networking, and social media recruitment.
    • Exceptional negotiation skills, with experience in managing high-stakes offers and counteroffers.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
    • A strong network of professionals in the construction sector is an advantage.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools.
    • Ability to handle high volumes of recruitment activity, particularly for specialized roles.
    • Ability to create and maintain recruitment KPIs.
