Job summary
We are seeking an LPN to join our team at Asbury RiverWoods. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents while working in a supportive and compassionate team environment. Responsibilities
- Chart interdisciplinary progress notes in an informative and descriptive manner to reflect resident care.
- Prepare and administer medications/treatments as ordered by a physician; Ensure drug & narcotic records are accurate and up to date for each shift; notify nurse manager of discrepancies; appropriately dispose of drugs & narcotics.
