- Assist attorneys in comprehensive case management, including pre-trial preparation, medical record summaries, depositions, and employment record coordination.
- Provide support in discovery work-up and documentation.
- Collaborate with experts, ensuring the meticulous organization of materials required for expert witness review.
- Process and follow up on subpoenas for various records, including medical, employment, worker's compensation, and more.
- Assemble exhibits, witness materials, and pre-trial documents for trial preparations.
- Review, analyze, and organize document productions by opposing parties and co-defendants.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to redaction protocols for sensitive documents.
- Paralegal certificate is mandatory.
- Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, iManage, e-Copy, and PDF conversion.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, responding promptly to inquiries and tasks.
- Proven ability to multitask independently and manage competing priorities.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
