    We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join a dynamic team, supporting cases across the country from our Las Vegas base. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of litigation and trial experience, showcasing impeccable organizational skills and a strong sense of self-motivation. This role offers a hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days from home work schedule. Candidates must reside in the greater Las Vegas area.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist attorneys in comprehensive case management, including pre-trial preparation, medical record summaries, depositions, and employment record coordination.
    • Provide support in discovery work-up and documentation.
    • Collaborate with experts, ensuring the meticulous organization of materials required for expert witness review.
    • Process and follow up on subpoenas for various records, including medical, employment, worker's compensation, and more.
    • Assemble exhibits, witness materials, and pre-trial documents for trial preparations.
    • Review, analyze, and organize document productions by opposing parties and co-defendants.
    • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to redaction protocols for sensitive documents.

    Requirements:

    • Paralegal certificate is mandatory.
    • Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, iManage, e-Copy, and PDF conversion.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, responding promptly to inquiries and tasks.
    • Proven ability to multitask independently and manage competing priorities.
    • Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
