What You'll Do:

Maintain quality standards by preparing assigned recipes
Prepare various food items including sauces, meats, and desserts
Set up stations and maintain kitchen equipment
Ensure a clean and organized work area
Follow kitchen procedures and standards
Communicate effectively with Managers and Team Members
Perform other assigned duties

What You'll Need:

Represent Coopers Hawk Values
18 years of age or older
Previous prep or line cook experience preferred
Work well in a team-based environment
Basic cooking knowledge and knife skills
Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Ability to follow recipes and instructions
Clear communication skills
Read, write, and understand English
Work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift
Availability to work in various conditions
Ability to perform essential functions to Coopers Hawk standards
