    Job Description:


    As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, handling everything from candidate sourcing to offer negotiations.

    Your duties include managing external recruitment partners, maintaining our applicant tracking system, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. You'll also be instrumental in developing strategies to attract top talent for both permanent and temporary positions.

    This role is hybrid and direct hire.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Conduct end-to-end technical and non-technical recruitment, covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
    Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and distribute suitable resumes to the relevant teams.
    Keep our applicant tracking system updated and accurate to streamline the hiring process.
    Juggle a workload of 15+ open positions, ensuring prompt and effective fulfillment of hiring needs.
    Introduce fresh recruiting methods to improve our efficiency and effectiveness.
    Contribute insights to proposal development and communicate potential recruitment challenges.
    Maintain regular communication with managers to understand their requirements and ensure we meet organizational needs.
    Uphold compliance with relevant standards and explore new ways to enhance compliance efforts.
    Strategically build talent pipelines for both permanent and temporary roles, with a focus on hard-to-fill technical positions.
    Utilize software tools like Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Slack for seamless communication and collaboration.

    Basic Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least 5 years of recruiting experience. Relevant education or training may be considered in place of a degree.
    Strong customer orientation and a knack for innovation and problem-solving.
    Quick learner with a solid grasp of industry trends and metrics.
    Proven track record of navigating complex hiring situations and finding solutions.
    Familiarity with various applicant tracking systems.
