Site Supervisor Position

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team. As a Site Supervisor, your main role will be to oversee and manage all construction activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday with competitive compensation and benefits, including a take-home company vehicle (2024 GMC) and an attractive bonus program.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, pipe layers, operators, labors, and material vendors.
• Coordinate work activities to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections for quality control.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all construction activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in heavy civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with quality control standards.
• Valid and clean driver's license.
