    We are searching for an exceptional Permanent Controller to join our dynamic Finance & Accounting team in the Manufacturing industry.

    This position will play a pivotal role in providing financial leadership and strategic direction to our company.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.

    Oversee and manage all general ledger activity, reporting systems, GAAP compliance, and corporate accounting processes.
    Prepare and present financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    Drive the cost accounting process including raw material, labor, and overhead costs, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
    Implement risk management strategies and processes to protect the company's assets.
    Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company's financial goals.
    Ensure compliance with financial audits, prepare necessary documentation, and liaise with external auditors.
    Utilize ERP systems, specifically Sage, to optimize accounting operations, processes, and workflows.
    Perform P&L analysis, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Extensive knowledge of GAAP, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, risk management, business strategy, financial planning, and financial reporting.

    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information to a wide range of audiences.

    Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
