    Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter with expertise in recruiting for roles within the intelligence community (IC) and familiarity with the requirements and nuances of working with Intel.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in the technical field, particularly within the IC sectors.


    Job Description:
    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

    Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels, including social media, networking events, job boards, and direct sourcing techniques

    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding

    Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

    Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruitment

    Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and report on hiring progress and identify areas for improvement

    Required Qualifications:

    5 to 10 years of experience in full life cycle technical recruiting, with a focus on the intelligence community

    Technical recruiting experience supporting the Maryland customer and other 3 letter agencies

    Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles within the Intel and IC sectors

    Strong understanding of security clearance requirements and processes

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

    Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools


    Desired Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
