    **Job description**

    We at **PRONOVIAS GROUP**, Global leader in the Bridal industry, are currently looking for a professional and talented **Customer Service Specialist** to join our Wholesale Customer Management Team in our **North America HUB, in NYC.**

    **About the role:**

    Act as the company liaison for the customer base, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty by responding promptly to customer inquiries and effectively resolving their problems and concerns.

    Answer a heavy volume call center

    Process customer orders/exchanges/returns/reimbursements/cancellations according to established department policies and procedures

    Provide customers with timely and accurate information via phone and email regarding order status and product knowledge inquiries

    Book and manage trunk show and loaner programs

    Work closely with Logistics, Accounting and Sales Departments for shipping, payments and service solutions

    **Requirements**

    Bachelor's Degree Business Administration (or related field);

    At least 1-3 years of work experience in B2B Customer Service within the fashion industry;

    Strong client-facing and communication skills;

    Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package;

    Team player; enthusiastic, accurate and commercially oriented;

    Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude towards work;

    Ability to think strategically;

    Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills;

    Customer service orientation and passion for the Bridal Industry.
