- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests including hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, immunology, and molecular diagnostics.
- Prepare specimens for analysis, ensuring proper handling, labeling, and storage to maintain sample integrity.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, troubleshooting any issues and performing routine maintenance as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by a recognized accrediting agency (e.g., ASCP, AMT).
- Previous experience working in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
