Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is growing and is now seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our newly acquired skilled senior campuses in Pigeon Falls and Whitehall, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, flexible therapist who wants to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive, therapist-led environment.

Responsibilities Include:
Implementing treatment plans designed by an OTR
Supporting residents in improving functional abilities such as mobility, dressing, grooming, and ADL participation
Documenting progress and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team
Providing therapy services within skilled nursing, assisted living, and potentially home-based settings
What We're Looking For:
Active Wisconsin COTA license
Strong communication and time management skills
A passion for working with older adults
Reliability, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset
