Job summary

The Housing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the housing search and placement along with providing supportive services to assist clients in maintaining housing. The Housing Coordinator works with both the Intake/Discharge and Rapid Rehousing Specialist and Case Managers to assess housing needs of clients both pre housed and when housed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field, 8 years of experience may be substituted in leu of a degree, required.
  • 2 years of experience in working in a housing environment with preference in working the materially poor.
