We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in Lawrenceburg, TN.

As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment using MIG welding techniques.

Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to determine welding specifications
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques based on the project requirements
• Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using MIG welding processes
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, making any necessary adjustments or repairs
• Perform basic machining tasks such as drilling, tapping, grinding, and deburring
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all safety protocols and codes standards to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver highquality products

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar role
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication techniques
• Familiarity with machining processes such as drilling, tapping, grinding, and deburring
• Ability to operate power tools and equipment effectively and safely
• Knowledge of welding codes standards and practices
• Ability to weld various metals including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate welds
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
